TERMS OF SERVICE
1. BOOKINGS:
Payment in full is required to secure any appointment. Deposits may be accepted at the sole discretion of the Artist. By submitting payment, the client affirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. No signed agreement is required for these Terms to be binding. All payments become final, non-refundable, and non-transferable after 72 hours of purchase, regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with service outcome, or weather-related issues. Bookings are confirmed only upon completion of online booking with Terms acknowledgment or invoice payment. For clients scheduled manually, a link to the Terms of Services can be provided upon request.
2. BOOKING TIMES:
Confirmation emails will list the start and end times selected by the client. Times are approximate and may vary based on service needs. Services will not extend beyond the scheduled end time due to client delays. Additional services outside the booked time will be at the Artist’s discretion and only if time permits, for which payment in full is rendered at the start of the session. Group bookings must occur at the same location, with sessions running consecutively without gaps. All members must be present at the scheduled start time.
3. CANCELLATION:
Cancellations within 3 days of booking will be refunded in full, less any deposit (if applicable). After 3 days, cancellations forfeit all payments. Same-day cancellations (for all or part of booked services) require payment in full. If a booked individual within a group cancels, their full balance remains due. If the Artist cancels for any reason, 100% of all payments will be refunded within approximately 7 business days; this refund is the sole liability of T. Horry Beauty.
4. DELAYS: A late fee of $25 per 15 minutes will be charged for client delays or if the session runs over due to client actions.
5. SATISFACTION:
Services will be completed to client satisfaction within the booked session time. The Artist will make reasonable adjustments upon request during the session. Acceptance of the completed look at the conclusion of the session constitutes final satisfaction.
6. TRIAL SESSIONS:
* Trial sessions are separate, optional services and are charged at the same rate as event-day services. Balance must be paid in full before the trial session. Rescheduling option are available and requires 3 days’ notice. Delay and cancellation terms apply to trial sessions.
7. SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
Client must provide a working electrical outlet and an adequate work area for the Artist.
8. PARKING & TRAVEL:
Any parking, toll, or valet fees will be added to the final bill. A travel fee applies to all bookings and varies by location. For destination events, all travel, lodging, per diem and related expenses are the client’s responsibility.
9. PAYMENT TERMS:
The booking client is financially responsible for the full balance of payment. Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Amex, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Cash (same-day only). Checks are not accepted. A 3% processing fee applies to all payment methods except Zelle. Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with their financial institution. Any such action will be deemed a breach of contract, and the client remains responsible for all balances and fees, including legal and collection costs.
10. LIABILITY:
All tools and products are sanitized between applications. Clients must disclose any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before application. The Artist is not liable for allergic reactions, skin complications, accidents at the service location, dissatisfaction with styling or application, or any indirect or consequential damages. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless T. Horry Beauty, its owners, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, or expenses.
11. SEVERABILITY:
If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully enforceable.
12. USE OF IMAGE:
Unless the client expressly declines in writing prior to the service, T. Horry Beauty may use photographs, video, or audio from sessions for promotional purposes. By booking, the client grants T. Horry Beauty perpetual, royalty-free rights to such media. Clients also agree to provide photographer/videographer contact information upon request for promotional use.
13. SPECIALTY SERVICE:
The Artist does not provide feminization makeup, male-to-female transformation makeup, or related specialty applications.
